Visit of Hungarian Researchers
4 February 2026, Ljubljana, Slovenia
Advancing Photoacoustic Research Through Collaboration
Bionanoteam group hosted researchers from Hungary at the Biotechnical Faculty of the University of Ljubljana. We were honored to welcome distinguished delegation from the MTA-SZTE Research Group on Photoacoustic Spectroscopy, from University of Szeged. Prof. Dr. Zoltán Bozóki, Dr. Tibor Ajtai, and dr. Abdul Rahman visited our department to share their cutting-edge expertise in the field of Photoacoustic Spectroscopy, showcasing how these precise analytical methods can be applied for environmental monitoring of polutant and across various scientific disciplines. Following the formal presentations, a productive meeting was held to discuss future strategic collaborations. Both institutions expressed a strong interest in joint research initiatives, knowledge exchange, and potential partnership projects. This visit marks an important step toward strengthening international academic ties and fostering innovation in advanced sensing technologies.
We look forward to a fruitful collaboration with our colleagues from the University of Szeged in the near future.
