Connecting Academia and Industry Through Nanoscience
This year’s UNI.Minds Festival of Science and Innovation, which brings together academia and industry was hosted on 14 October at the Faculty of Computer and Information Science. The event was organized within the “Biotehnološki vrh” and the 7th “Lek Research Day”. Representing the Biotechnical Faculty, our young researcher Špela presented research titled: “The Effect of Morphological and Surface Characteristics of Nanomaterials on the Activity and Adsorption of Selected Enzymes.”. The presentation highlighted current findings in the interaction between nanomaterials and proteins, contributing to ongoing discussions on nanotechnology, biotechnology, and advanced material safety.
